Ready to have some fun this winter while focusing on your wellness and wellbeing?
Thank you for joining us on a four-week program that makes achieving your healthy habits fun! Through our provided activities, you'll build habits that stick with you for the long term and will become a natural part of your daily routine.
🤔 How it Works:
Each themed week will include three activities with three levels each. The goal is to complete all of the activities, in the level you’re comfortable with, at some point during the week! Complete them in a day or complete them a across the whole week— whatever works best for YOU. Designed to be inclusive and accessible, everyone can get involved and tailor the activities according to fitness level, available time, and effort level comfort. We encourage you to do the activities however many times you’d like!
🗓️ How to Plan:
If it helps you stay accountable and organized, feel free to look ahead throughout the month to see what’s coming. Print out this schedule and fill it in to plan out the best days for you to complete each activity. Make sure to pin it up in a place where you’ll see it often!
📷 Photo Prompts:
Alongside each activity, you will also be given a photo prompt to document your journey. Keep an eye out at the bottom of the page for the camera icon. At the end of the four weeks, these prompts will lead you to create a collage of memories from the entire month.
💬 Extra Challenges:
Each week you will receive an extra challenge through text and email. In addition to your weekly activities, these extra challenges will motivate you to focus on how to be the best you that you can be!
