Terms & Conditions

By participating in the competition entry requirements, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is managed by AmazingCo Group Pty Ltd - ABN 41 146 573 953 (AmazingCo).

The Family Fun Challenge Month competition runs from 1st February 2022 to 28th February 2022.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win any prize, you must have purchased the AmazingCo experience ‘Family Fun Challenge Month - Summer Edition’ (product ID cmff-se-e561a0db) at any point prior to 3rd February 2022. You must also be a resident of Australian or New Zealand and currently within Australia or New Zealand as your primary place of residence.

Weekly Flash Challenge Competition

To enter the weekly Flash Challenge competitions you must complete the challenge and post the photo on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #MyFamilyFunChallenge and tag @AmazingCo.me on Instagram and @AmazingCo on Facebook. You may enter a Flash Challenge as many times as you like, there are no entry limits. One Flash Challenge is released every Thursday and you have until the end of the following Monday (11:59pm AEST on the respective Monday night) to complete it. Late entries will not be considered by our team of competition judges. Entries will be judged on their creativity and originality and assessed against the challenge set out during that respective week. The winner will be contacted within 3 business days after the entry deadline. If you are a Flash Challenge prize winner, you will be contacted via social media/ email and/or phone to arrange the prize delivery and we will deliver your prize within 14 working days. 


Grand Prize Competition

To enter the Grand Prize competition, you must meet all entry criteria and submit your ‘1 Second Everyday’ video to competitions@amazingco.me. Included in your email must be your name, email address and phone number, these must be the same details you purchased your experience with to validate you eligibility to enter. Entry criteria includes completing all 16 challenges and taking a short video or photo of the challenge and including it in your ‘1 Second Everyday’ video. Entries must be received by March 3rd 2022. Limit of 1 entry per experience booking. Entries will be judged on their creativity and originality and inclusion of all 16 challenges set out over the experience month. The grand prize is valued up to $2000. Prize will be tailored based on the winning entry but must be used on a family holiday within Australia or New Zealand. The grand prize winner will be contacted via phone and/or email, and once confirmed, the name and video will be shared to our social media and website. The winner will be contacted by 10 March 2022.

General Terms

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other form of voucher.

  • We reserve the right to retract a winner if you fail to respond or return our correspondence within 10 business day from when we reach out to you.

  • AmazingCo is not liable for any additional costs incurred in the process of prize redemption. This includes taxes, fees and charges.

  • AmazingCo collects Personal Identifiable Information (PII) as part of the competition entry process. This collection and storage is covered by our Privacy Policy
