Tingle Your Taste Buds
To the left
666 Lemon Myrtle Honey Vodka
Your first tasting is the 666 Lemon Myrtle vodka from Cape Grimm in Tasmania.
This vodka is bright and full bodied with a soft sweetness that comes through from the raw unfiltered Kangaroo Island honey. This sweetness creates the perfect backdrop for the natural Australian lemon myrtle that provides a refreshing twist of lemon and a delicate touch of eucalyptus.

Dried Fruit
We have paired this with dried black currants & dehydrated pineapple
Why they are the perfect pair
Dried back currents and pineapple impart fruit flavours on the Lemon Myrtle Honey Vodka for a delicious herbaceous fruit tingle.
Ooh Salty
In the middle
Fossey’s Old Man Saltbush Gin Elixir
Your next tastings is where things start to get a little ‘salty.’ This gin elixir is a creation of Fossey’s Ginporium and Distillery, a boutique family owned and operated distillery in Mildura, Victoria. The subtle saltiness of the Salt Bush scrub, along with the robust Murray River Pink Salt compliment each other perfectly to bring Fossey’s gin to life.
+
Cleos Mixed Olives
We have paired this with a combination of 6 olives, marinated in a secret recipe… only Cleo himself can disclose.
Why they are the perfect pair
Salt and acidity help to balance the flavors in gin and impart a distinctive savory element. Cleos mixed olives bring herbal notes to the Saltbush gin with their fragrant aroma and their delicious secret marinate.
Bittersweet Farewell
to the right
