Directions
Continue down St Kilda Road and head south towards the gardens.
Cross Linlithgow Ave and stay on the “garden side” of the street.
On your left-hand side, you will pass the Weary Dunlop Memorial.

Sir Edward Dunlop is widely acknowledged as an Australian hero, and as a man of deep personal integrity.
The Weary Dunlop Memorial marks the achievements of this amazing Australian physician, who became one of the most famous Australian World War II veterans. He is remembered for his compassionate medical care and leadership.
Continue down St Kilda Road and take the next left onto Government House Drive
Head towards the roundabout and make a right onto Birdwood Drive
Keep walking down and make a left at the Royal Botanic Garden Poles towards the Visitor Centre
Now we're getting into the heart of the gardens, so don’t forget to take in your beautiful surroundings while you walk!
Make a right once you reach the Visitor Centre and on your right-hand side, you will pass the Ian Potters Children’s Garden.
Cross the small intersection and once you hit a fork in the road, make a left
Pass the Herbarium and when you find yourself at another fork in the road, make another left
Keep going straight
(make sure you don’t go towards the entrance to the garden house)
Make a right at the red gazebo.
Keep heading straight and stay on the left side of the path towards the water
Look for Punting on the Lake. You’ll recognize them through the Red Umbrellas!
