Terms & Conditions

By participating in the competition entry requirements, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This promotion is managed by AmazingCo Group Pty Ltd - ABN 41 146 573 953 (AmazingCo).

The Family Fun Challenge Month competition runs from 22 June 2023 to 20 July 2023.

Eligibility

To be eligible to win any prize, you must have purchased the AmazingCo experience ‘Family Fun Challenge Month - Winter Holidays Edition’ at any point prior to 29 June 2023.


Grand Prize Competition

To enter the Grand Prize competition, you must meet all entry criteria and submit your ‘1 Second Everyday’ video to competitions@amazingco.me. Included in your email must be your name, email address and phone number, these must be the same details you purchased your experience with to validate your eligibility to enter. Entry criteria includes completing all 16 challenges and taking a short video or photo of the challenge and including it in your ‘1 Second Everyday’ video. Entries must be received by July 27 2023. Limit of 1 entry per experience booking. Entries will be judged on their creativity and originality. The grand prize is valued at $1000AUD. The grand prize winner will be contacted via phone and/or email, and once confirmed, the name and video will be shared to our social media and website. The winner will be contacted in the week begining July 31 2023.

General Terms

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other form of voucher.

  • We reserve the right to retract a winner if you fail to respond or return our correspondence within 10 business day from when we reach out to you.

  • AmazingCo is not liable for any additional costs incurred in the process of prize redemption. This includes taxes, fees and charges.

  • AmazingCo collects Personal Identifiable Information (PII) as part of the competition entry process. This collection and storage is covered by our Privacy Policy
