As part of their mission to produce high quality coffee, Exo Coffee Co works with coffee growers in Mexico, which is also where they get their Mezcal for the Mezcal bar on the other side of the shop. The owner, Amy Smith, is very environmentally conscious and they have recently changed from plastic straws to paper ones. It’s a small step towards their big plan of getting rid of plastic! Enjoy chilling out in what is a very cool space!
