Get ready for a tasty treat! You’re making caramel ice cream topping in honor of Caramel Day! Roll up your sleeves and whip up a simple and yummy condensed milk caramel sauce, then add it to your favorite ice cream. Get creative and add some extra pizzazz with sprinkles, chopped-up chocolate, or cookie pieces.
