About Chuckle Park Bar

Housed under the leafy arches of New Guernica's entrance, Chuckle Park Bar is a charming and cosy outdoor space with a big heart and an even bigger soul.

When you think of laneway bars, you usually think of bars in laneways. But this one is a bar that is a laneway, a cute-as-a-button bar that serves drinks and snacks out of a caravan.

Head on in and let them know your name and that you are here on an AmazingCo Experience

Cocktail Time 🍹

Today you will be indulging in some delicious cocktails that are all made with Chuckle Park’s exclusive collaboration with Rum Diary. Choose one of these cocktails below and get ready for a refreshing treat.

Chuckle Pina Colada

Cuba Libre

Jungle Bird

A Perfect Pair

The RDS and Chuckle Park Aussie Bush Rum is died deep red from the Australian rosella. The initial flavour notes reflect on a balance of Coconut oil and fresh mango, with a touch of berry tartness on the tongue from the rosella. The palate then leads onto the aromatic notes of the strawberry gum and riberry, with some deep spicy and bitter notes directly related to the riberry.
The Wattle seed, coconut and bunya nut ties the experience together and gives the elements of the Aussie bush. The freshness of the mango lasts on the tongue until the very end! We call that a perfect match!

Top Tips

We recommend trying to get all aspects of this quirky space in your pictures. The “Welcome to Chuckle Park” sign is great to frame your perfect standing pose. See if you can fit in the lanterns, flowers and even the Caravan in the back.

While you’re here…

The Cubano sandwich at Chuckle Park is extremely popular, finished off with housemade mustard.

The cocktail list is small but clever so make sure you “hydrate” yourself with a delicious item from their list.
