Being in a relationship with someone who challenges you to be the best version of yourself can be the difference between an OK relationship and an AMAZING one. Battle it out and enjoy a healthy bit of competition with these challenges - there’s one a week! 

Keep it Secret

These challenges are sent straight to your phones! They’re designed to be completed solo so shhhhh - don’t tell your partner or you’ll ruin the surprise!

They’re fun, quick and easy and sure to bring plenty of laughter and smiles. Please don’t share these secrets with the rest of the Couples Quest community online - we don’t want to give the surprises away!

Flash Challenge

As we mentioned, our flash challenges are time bound and designed to be completed together and emailed to us or posted online using the hashtag #MyCouplesQuest.
