We want to make sure you capture the fun in the best possible way, so we’ve created a few simple photography tips you can find at the bottom of this page.

Challenge One

It’s time for a little creativity as we embrace the Quality Time Love Language.

Grab some paints or coloured pencils and a blank canvas each. Make sure you have snacks and drinks to fuel your imagination.

Now, set up your painting stations so you face each other - your partner shouldn't be able to view your canvas.

Set your stopwatch to 5 minutes and start painting! Swap over your canvas every 5 minutes and continue painting. The trick here is to allow your paintings to evolve without any discussions along the way. It's amazing to see how your imaginations differ and come to life!

Don’t reveal your masterpieces until the very end - and remember to snap a photo of you both with your artwork - it could be worth a fortune one day ;) Alternatively, create a time-lapse video!

Challenge Two

For your first head-to-head competition, we’re calling upon your cooking talents!

We want you both to make pancakes, but before you shout ‘that’s easy’, we challenge you to make your pancake into pancake art!

Can you make each other’s faces on the pancake? We are looking for great shapes, added fruit to become noses, eyes and lips and chocolate/jam for hair! We want to see your finished creations - the wackier the better! And they should resemble each other!

*No relationships should be harmed in the process 😉

Challenge Three

TEXT ALERT!  

Your first solo challenges will arrive via text message at surprise times during the week.

These are individual challenges so keep them secret from one another!

(Sshhh don’t post these online as there are others playing too!)

For your first Flash Challenge, we want you to go on a trip to find a scenic backdrop that sums up the month of February. Here's the catch - one of you must be holding a red flower and only two feet must be touching the ground...
