A ridiculously bright and simplistic cocktail, brushed with sweet and sour to give you that creative kick for the night ahead!
Recipe makes 1 cocktail, repeat process for two cocktails…
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp Warm water
2 oz \ 60 ml Dark rum
1/2 oz \ 15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedge for garnish
Equipment:
Cocktail shaker & strainer
Cocktail glass
Stir spoon
Ice
Directions:
Stir honey with warm water in a cocktail shaker until the honey is thoroughly dissolved.
Add the rum and lemon juice, then shake with cracked ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
