An up-ending cocktail that is by no means subtle! This off-kilter cocktail will make you think and open your mind to knew possibilites.

Recipe makes 1 cocktail, repeat process for two cocktails…

 Ingredients:

• 1 oz \ 30 ml Rye whiskey

• 1 oz \ 30 ml Absinthe

• 1 oz \ 30 ml Vermouth

• 1 Dash of Angostura bitters

Equipment:

• Mixing glass & strainer

• Cocktail glass

• Ice

Directions:

1. Stir all ingredients well with cracked ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
