Challenge One

Stop Motion Challenge

Feeling creative? Let’s make a family stop motion movie! First, Download the Stop Motion Studio app (download from the App Store or Google Play Store). Then, get the kids to search for all the figurine toys they can find around the house. If you don’t have figurines you could create your characters using play-dough or print and mount your favourite movie characters on cardboard.

Challenge Two

Sunshine Cookies

The sun's out and the good vibes are flowing so we challenge you as a family to make a batch of sunshine cookies!

These cookies are really easy to make and are robust enough to pack on a picnic for when you are summer exploring!

Follow this link for your sunshine cookie recipe and snap a photo of you all busy in the kitchen! Chef hats are a bonus!

Challenge Three

Shadow Family Challange

Can you take a family photo of all of you but only of your shadows? You can see why this game is best played in the summer! We only want to see your shadows but this doesn't stop you from wearing silly hats or carrying odd-shaped objects or making funny shapes with your body for your shadow picture!

We want to see the outcome of your shadowy pictures so send us your family pic by posting to our Instagram account using #MyFamilyFunChallenge

Create a Family Pyramid!

Ready for some family acrobatics? We’re challenging you to create a family human pyramid! Get creative, either with the pyramid or your costume choices!

Be careful and have fun with it!

Fun Fact: Did you know that every year in Spain they hold a human pyramid festival? The tallest pyramid ever created was stacked nine people high! That’s a long way up and a long way down! Channel 7 did a really cool spotlight on Human Towers, check it out here and here!
