Your second week of Family Fun has arrived!

Your next 4 weekly challenges are below, including this week’s Flash Challenge!

Challenge One

Let’s get painting….with pistols!

You'll need small water pistols (one for each colour), poster paint and water. You'll also need a canvas - this can be an old sheet hung on a wall or washing line or just a large piece of paper!

First water down your chosen paint colours - for poster paints we suggest 50% paint and 50% water. Once your water pistols are full of paint it's time to get creative.

You can each have your own canvas or create one big family masterpiece! We can't wait to see your designs.

Challenge Two

Rainbow Family Race

This challenge is to see who is the fastest family member - so you are all competing against each other! Set up a timer and decide on a time - five minutes should do it! When the timer starts, all dash around the house and garden collecting seven items in the seven colours of the rainbow (ROYGBIV). The first player back with all seven items is the winner!

Share a picture at the end with all players next to their pile of rainbow items - or if you are really clever, wearing all their colours! Post to our Instagram account using #MyFamilyFunChallenge

Challenge Three

We’re bringing back a Family Fun Challenge Month favourite!

Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty and seek out a steep hill! You can even use a sand dune if you're near a beach.

Now get rolling!! Can someone capture your family hill roll? Who was the fastest? Who won? We want to see all your pictures especially your before and very grassy after pics!

Family Mismatch Challenge

Find or take a family photo of you as a family group. Now put all the family members' names in a hat - everyone pulls a name out and you have to dress as that person. Now re-create the original picture but in each other's clothes. It's much funnier if children are dressed as parents and vice versa!
