The W Churchill offers service and style in-keeping with the historical charm of the heritage listed WA Trustee building, re-imagined in a contemporary palette. Brendan, the owner, loves creating drinks and dishes to bring people together. His biggest goal is to inspire conversation and quality time, which is just one of the reasons why we love this place so much.

Every item on the menu has been carefully created by Brendan himself, with a strong focus on gin; one of Winston Churchill’s favourite tipples. If you aren’t a gin connoisseur when you arrive, you may well be by the time you leave!
