Crunchy, cheesy, salty goodness piled high on a plate with a touch of spice, I mean what more could you need in life besides someone to share it with?

Recipe makes 8 servings…

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag of your favourite kettle cooked potato chips (Kettle cooked is a must!)

  • 1 1/2 cups \ 355 ml Finely grated Pecorino cheese

  • 1 TBSP Coarsely ground black pepper

Equipment:

  • Oven

  • Rimmed baking sheet

  • Serving plate or bowl

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Arrange potato chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle half of cheese evenly over chips.

  4. Bake until cheese is melted and chips are just starting to brown around the edges, about 4 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining cheese and pepper.

  6. Let cool, then transfer to a serving bowl.
