Sweet and sharp, the Dark and Stormy cocktail is a perfect analogy for how love can feel sometimes, deep sultry and full of surprise!

Recipe makes 1 cocktail, repeat process for two cocktails…

 Ingredients:

  • 2 oz \ 60 ml Rum

  • 3 oz \ 90 ml Ginger Beer (We recommend Bundaberg)

  • 1/2 oz \ 15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

  • Lime wedge for garnish

Equipment:

  • Cocktail glass

  • Stir spoon

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Add rum, then pour in ginger beer and lime juice.

  3. Stir with a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge.
