A bubbly effervescent sip that packs a wallop, made all the more dangerous by how delightful it is to drink. Kind of like kisses from your honey, eh?

Recipe makes 1 cocktail, repeat process for two cocktails…

 Ingredients:

  • 2 oz \ 60 ml London dry gin

  • 1 tsp Superfine sugar

  • 1/2 oz \ 15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 5 oz \ 145 ml Brut champagne

Equipment:

  • Cocktail shaker & strainer

  • Cocktail glass

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Shake gin, sugar, and lemon juice well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker.

  2. Strain into a Collins glass half-full of cracked ice.

  3. Top off with champagne.
