Recipe makes 1 cocktail, repeat process for two cocktails…
Ingredients:
2 oz \ 60 ml London dry gin
1 tsp Superfine sugar
1/2 oz \ 15 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 oz \ 145 ml Brut champagne
Equipment:
Cocktail shaker & strainer
Cocktail glass
Ice
Directions:
Shake gin, sugar, and lemon juice well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker.
Strain into a Collins glass half-full of cracked ice.
Top off with champagne.
