The Shack was born from what was formerly a clothing warehouse, using the whole of the ground floor of Hilton House, designed from reclaimed wood. This centrally located bar boasts a great selection of draught beers and also craft bottled beers, as well as serving classic and signature cocktails.
Spread over two floors, the ground floor offers casual dining, booth seating with private screens showing live sport, and the basement room is a sports bar/club space which has resident DJ’s playing every weekend until 2am! Featuring pool tables, ping pong tables, beer pong and darts board all available for booking.

For your first taster, you will enjoy three different kinds of craft beers paired with a sampling of some delicious meaty bites. You will learn all about the different beverages, what to notice and why we pair them with certain foods!
Personalised tasting notes accompany your beer flight so you can try, taste and discover at your own pace. Your tasting adventure is meant to be fun and enjoyable, so take your time, enjoy the experience and take plenty of pictures :)
