Indianola opened its doors in 2018 as a part of a trio within the same location that Agricole Hospitality launched. Miss Carousel and Vinny’s are a part of that trio.

Indianola got its name from a Matagorda Bay town that was once a Texas port of entry. Indianola pays homage with their cuisine to American dishes that were born from immigrant port cities across the country.
