Level 1: Dance Break

Put on your favourite song that makes you want to bust a move. Pop in your headphones for a solo dance party, or blast it on your speakers! Find a spacious area where you can move freely and safely. Dance to the entire thing!

Level 2: Cardio Choreo

Throw on your best jams or press play on our playlist. Whatever you do… don’t stop dancing! Make sure to add lots of jumping to the beat and keep grooving for at least three songs! If you’ve still got some energy, see if you can do the whole playlist. You got this!'

Level 3: Couch Concert

Search YouTube for a concert or video playlist of your favourite artist. Pretend you are at their concert on the floor in front of the stage. Make sure you are up on your feet and moving through the entire thing. Enjoy the show!
